We want you to love your instrument! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Each instrument is carefully inspected, tuned, and packaged by hand in our shop to ensure top quality.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged
In the rare event your order is damaged in transit, we’ll cover the return shipping. Just contact us right away and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

If It’s Not Quite What You Expected
You’re welcome to return the item for a full refund. In this case, return shipping is your responsibility. If you prefer, we can email you a pre-paid shipping label at our discounted rate, and deduct that cost from your refund. Just reach out to us first, and make sure the item is securely packed to avoid damage.

Returns must be received on our end before we can issue a refund.

Instruments with organic components (like drum skins or wood) may have unique characteristics. If you're concerned about something like a cracked skin or natural imperfection, please email us photos and details. We handle these returns case by case with care and fairness.
